Service & Fulfillment Overview

Unlike traditional retail e-commerce stores, Haramain Gift provides fulfillment and distribution services within the Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah.

Because your contributions fund items (such as Qurans, wheelchairs, prayer mats, food packages, umbrellas, and water) that are distributed directly to pilgrims and the needy inside or around Haramain Shareefain, no physical items are shipped to your personal home address.

Delivery Address & Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Address: During checkout, you do not need to provide a physical home delivery address for the distribution items. All distributions take place locally in Makkah or Madinah.
     

  • Shipping Fees: There are no domestic or international shipping charges applied to your order. The total price displayed at checkout includes the cost of the item and its direct local distribution in the Holy Lands.

Processing & Distribution Timelines

  • Order Processing: Once your order or gift is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our local team processes the request within 24 to 72 hours.
     

  • Distribution Schedule:
     

    • Standard Items (Qurans, Wheelchairs, Prayer Mats, Umbrellas): Distributed directly to pilgrims or designated placement areas in Makkah/Madinah within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

    • Time-Sensitive Services (Feed the Fasting, Water Services, Qurbani/Damm): Executed according to specific Islamic calendars/timings (e.g., during Iftar times or specified Islamic dates).

Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Completion

  • Once your gifted item or service has been fulfilled:
     

  • You will receive a digital confirmation email detailing your completed order.
     

  • Where applicable and feasible, proof of distribution (such as photo or video updates or confirmation reports) may be shared via email or made available in your user portal/gallery.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • If Haramain Gift introduces personal merchandise or items intended for direct delivery to your address in the future:
     

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
     

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed automatically once the package is dispatched via our standard logistics partners.
